Closing Statements..

So, I am broke and busted and on my way home. Im currently in Ok City and will be in Austin late tonight. Spent the last 2 days with my grandparents and had a great time. It has been an amazing trip. I hate it had to be cut short, but due to mother natures effects and the sickness I endured, I am now out of money. I dont know if I have my job back yet but I assuming the next 2 months will be very interesting. This has been an incredible ride, I have traveled over 6700 miles and seen some of the most amazing places in this country. Hopefully next time I can head over seas and do some exploring, maybe I will accept donations next time! Hope everyone enjoyed the pics and stories. I hope to see everyone soon, dinner can be at my house but its only leftover canned goods, yummmmm.

Day 30..Jackson, Wyoming

This morning I am sitting in a coffee shop in Jackson, Wyoming. I havent gotten to see much of this area, I got in late last night. I was able to spend the last 4 days in Montana in the Bitterroot Valley area. This area is considered to be about 30 miles south of Missoula. Lots of cool little small towns, good food but the people seem to stare at you wondering what you are doing on their turf. Got to see some beautfiul backcountry, boulder creek falls. The hike itself wasnt too bad, but you walk through the Boulder Creek canyons and see some amazing scenery..plan on seeing a lot more today in the Grand Teton..pics coming next, hope everyone is well.

Stanley, Idaho..Amazing

I got to Stanley, ID yesterday morning and was completely amazed! This area is incredible..Located about an hour north of Sun Valley Ski Resort, this area offers miles and miles of trails, lakes in the backcountry and on an on. I took this dirt road back about 10 miles off the highway, looking for a certain trailhead. Thought I was lost for a bit..Anyhow, find it and get moving. It was about 6 miles roudtrip, quick and easy but the scenery was something else. There were 2 lakes stashed high in the mountains where I got to relax for a bit. This entire area is full of rivers, creeks and lakes, never seen so much water. The pictures will come next but they dont it justice.

I am now in Montana..I feel like I have been driving in the middle of a magazine..I cant believe I finally made it up here. I will be out for about 3 days and will report back in on Sunday. Have a great weekend everyone..Pics to be posted in a second

Back on the Move..

Ok, I have been down and out for a week now and am finally feeling better. Was in the hospital 2 days ago, got a few bags of fluid put in me. Turns out the woods gave me something to remember them by, I will spare you all the details but lets say it wasnt pretty. I will be in Portland the next 2 nights, check out the city and then will make my way to Montana with a stop at Redfish Lake in Idaho. I have been told by a good friend of mine this place is amazing! Thanks for all of the welcoming emails and phone calls lately. I will report soon. Hope everyone is well..

July 25-Oregon

Hello everyone..Currently I am in Roseburg, OR. Town of about 20k or so..Have spent the last 2 nights at Crater Lake, which was formed from a volcano caving in..It is the most beautiful lake I have ever seen. Oregon itself is amazing. Soo much water, however, with water comes mosquitos. They can be somewhat of a nuisance but luckily I was prepared. Hiked up Mount Scott which is about 8930', amazing views from up there and still plenty of snow on the ground. Im not sure where I am going next, but it should involve some whitewater rafting of sorts..Plenty if pics to go along with this..Ill try to figure out how to write something next to reach pic..
